• Which tool (JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript) and which action (beautify, minify, validate).
• A small sample of input that reproduces the problem — never send confidential data; a minimal reproduction is more useful anyway.
• Your browser and whether you were on desktop or mobile.
