1. Acceptance

By using DevFormat AI (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DevFormat AI provides free, browser-based tools for formatting, minifying and validating code and structured text. All processing occurs client-side on your device. The Service is provided free of charge and funded by advertising.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, misuse the advertising placed on it (including fraudulent clicks), or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

4. Your content

Content you enter into the tools remains yours and, by design, never reaches us. We claim no rights over it and accept no responsibility for it, since we never receive it.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Formatting and validation are performed on a best-effort basis; outputs may contain errors, and validation results are not a guarantee of correctness in any downstream system. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, particularly in production systems.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanka Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

7. Third-party content

Advertisements displayed on the Service are provided by third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of external sites linked from them or from our articles.

8. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice, and may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
